All sales of Marijuana Software services including but not limited to Marijuana Software.com membership, subscription fees, installation fees, and service fees are final at the time of sale and are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in writting by sending an email to support@marijuanasoftwarellc.com.
All sales of the Hybrid On-Prem + Private Cloud are final. The device can not be returned or refunded. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in writting by sending an email to support@marijuanasoftwarellc.com.
All sales of Microsoft Surface 4 and IPad computers are final. The devices can not be returned or refunded. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in writting by sending an email to support@marijuanasoftwarellc.com.
Hardware and consumables like non pre-printed labels and receipt papers purchased through our online store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All materials must be in original packaging, in like new condition, with all parts, manuals and packaging to qualify for a refund. Some larger items may be subject to restocking fees.
Pre-Printed Labels with the Universal Marijuana Warning Symbol or other logo are custom orders and are not available for refund.
