We are not affiliated or owned by METRC. However, our software integrates seamlessly with METRC in all of the states where it is required — Alaska, California, DC, Colorado, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, West Virginia.

How do I know my data will be safe when I click submit?
As a METRC Integrator, we’ve passed an API capability test and have permission to integrate with METRC. We also track all submissions and offer complete visibility to what data is submitted to METRC via Marijuana Software.
How do you keep my data safe?
Marijuana Software stores all of your information in Microsoft Azure, the same data centers used by Microsoft, fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Your data is protected under the highest level of security.
Additionally, we have the best-in-class software encryption powered by 256 bit SSL encryption and best-in-class software practices.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on monthly transactions and you only pay for what you need. Plans start at $35/month but usually average $150/month. We also charge no onboarding fees and have the best price around for your cannabis business!
I have a large facility. What do I pay if I regularly sell over 4,500 SKUs per month?
We would love to win your business! Please reach out and let us know you are interested in enterprise-wide pricing. We have other perks for larger customers too, such as access to beta features and product road mapping. We grow with you!™
What payment types does Marijuana Software accept?
We accept Paypal and many major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How do I cancel my Marijuana Software subscription?
Send an email to info@marijuanasoftwarellc.com with the subject line “Cancel” and the body, “I wish to cancel my Marijuana Software subscription.”

What operating systems are you compatible with?
Marijuana Software is compatible with Microsoft computers (Windows OS), Apple computers (MacOS), iPads, iPhones, tablets and Android mobile devices. We also offer our product via cloud-based download or on-premises install.
Is there additional hardware required?
There is no additional hardware required to run our applications. However, you can enhance your operations with specialized printers, RFID scanners, and Bluetooth-compatible product scales.
We are also compatible with most major hardware manufacturers and are resellers of Star Micronics, Zebra, Epson, Brother, and Dymo printers and scanners.

How many users can I add to my Marijuana Software account?
Our software offers unlimited seats per location.
Do you integrate with third-party software and other cannabis ERPs?

What if I need my logs if a regulatory agency does an audit?
Marijuana Software Preserves all your transaction records for the life of your account. Your data and compliance reports are always instantly accessible to you through our system.
Does Marijuana Software report to Oklahoma’s Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) on my behalf?
A report is populated on the 1st of every month for the previous month’s activity. This report needs to be copied and pasted into your OMMA report that is due by the 15th. Medical regulations do not allow for a third party to enter this data on your behalf, but we make it as easy as we can!
